Flying to the U.S - APIS


I am traveling with Continental on the 3rd February 2011.

What do I do about APIS – do they already have the information they require when I booked the ticket on line or can you give me any advice as to how I give this information as I cannot find it on their website?

Any help would be appreciated.



The information required for APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) is passed to the US Customs and Border Protection agency (CBP) by the airline itself.

You provide this information during the booking process and when you come to supply your passport information when checking in. Final passenger manifests are then passed to the CBP.

Do however check this first with your airline.
