National Rail launches ‘Two Together Railcard’

National Rail has launched a new railcard offering up to one third off train fares for two people travelling together.

The Two Together Railcard costs £30 for two named people, and is available for those aged between 26 and 59 years of age, bridging the gap between the 16-25 Railcard, and the Senior Railcard for those aged 60 and over.

Cardholders get one third of most off-peak adult fares throughout Great Britain, so long as they are travelling together, including Gatwick Express, Stansted Express, Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect services.

The card can be purchased online or at rail stations, and also including benefits such as two-for-one entry to London selected London attractions, and discounts on holidays, gym passes, clothing and film rental subscriptions.

Posts on Twitter and discount coupon websites also suggest that customers can currently get a £3 discount off the £30 fee by inputting the code LEAFLET3 when prompted.
