I am 6" 4" tall so seat selection is vital in Economy. If the person in the row in front of me is inconsiderate, or a slob, and throws back their seat to max recline I'm in trouble. So I always travel with a companion, so we book a seat at each end of a 3 seat row, hoping no one will be booked into ...

Not a fan of Air Asia X. Its sole advantage is it's cheap. Cattle class really is cattle class: I'm a diminutive 5'7" & found legroom problematic - there isn't any. Seats are narrow & recline angle is very limited. Note also that aisles are extremely narrow & if you are in an aisle seat, prepare ...

Separate queue line is provided for those who did internet/online check-in. Seat headrest is relatively lower compared to other airlines, and obviously inadequate for those above 177cm tall. As it is a budget airline, In-flight entertainment is only available upon purchase in flight. Baggage ...

I had booked a $99 intro fare plus $50 of extras from SYD to KUL and had also requested an OptionTown upgrade which is based on seat availability for a fee $115. So when I got the confirmation of the upgrade the day before flying I felt it was a great deal for the 8hr SYD to KUL trip for a total of ...

Did Premium seats from Perth to KL in late October 2010. For the price it is brilliant. The Classes information for this airline is out of date, The seats are lie flat (on an angle) and about 20in wide. Very comfortable positions for day time and night time flights. Staff are friendly and ...

Gold Coast to Kuala Lumpur and return ... If you really want to save some money and maybe live near to the OOL airport, this could be the one to choose. But if you want some space for sitting (forget sleeping) and some half way decent food and not have to pay for it, then def. Air Asia X is not ...

Very cramped and tight. 31 inches is not good enough, just because it's a no frills airlines, doesn't mean we get treated as animals. The food we were tricked into buying, a hotdog about 7cm long, and so artificial that it is obvious it has been microwaved and it is really unpleasant to eat.

The A330 aircraft now have 28 seats in XL class, configured 2/3/2. Pitch and seat width have been reduced considerably on the new aircraft to increase seat capacity in Economy. Premium Economy on major airlines is a better option now. Food and drink (pre ordered or bought on board at a ...
