    Spirit Airlines Economy (short haul)

    Rude airport staff. Uncomfortable seats. Fees for everything on the flight, including water. Paid to check bag to avoid carryon bag fee. My bag arrived 2 days after my flight with no appology or bag fee refund. I WILL NEVER FLY SPIRIT AGAIN!!!

    A great Flight! Brand new plane, A321, led lights, super comfortable seats, very clean, happy crew at 4:30am! I always fly Spirit. Love the airline!

    I'd never fly Spirit again! We boarded last because the gate attendant said BFS boards last. The seat was kind of comfy. The service was AWEFUL . There's no IFE. The drinks and snacks are not cheap. We had a 6hr. delay and my baggage was lost 3 times. >=(
