I think that with Vietnam Airlines if you can afford it (Domestic and Short Haul not too bad $$) then you should always try to fly Business Class. You get lounge access, which whilst not being a Kris Flyer lounge is acceptable. You get to travel out to the plane on a separate bus for Business ...
